We loved the fantastic location, right in the heart of Reykjavik! The room was clean, and having access to the kitchen was a bonus, especially with our kid along. It really made our stay more convenient and enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the street was disruptive at night. For families with children, it would be great to have soundproof rooms.

The location is excellent, with the bus stop for day tours directly across the street and a 24/7 supermarket next door. The shared bathrooms were impeccably clean, and the friendly reception staff made the check-in process smooth after a long flight. Noise from traffic was present, but it didn’t disrupt my sleep. Overall, a solid choice for budget travelers.

Comfortable Stay at an Affordable Price
I enjoyed my 10 nights as a solo traveler here. The staff were friendly, though I had to book my own car rental. The room was clean, and I appreciated the shared kitchen for late-night snacks. Just a heads up, noise from adjacent rooms can be disruptive!

can't wait to go back
Had a cozy double or twin room with a sink and desk. The shared bathrooms were generally clean, but could be busy at times. Loved the common kitchen where you could prep meals since dining out is costly. Breakfast included a variety of meats and cheeses, which was a nice start to the day. Great location, just a short walk to attractions and bus stops.

Proximity to main bus stops, clean shared kitchen, private sinks in rooms
The shared shower facilities definitely need more regular cleaning!!! Noise levels at night from the streets were quite disruptive, making it hard to sleep. Serious upgrades to the furnishings are also overdue!!!

Had a great time with friends! We visited the famous geothermal pools and explored the nearby Viking Museum. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. The shared kitchen was useful, and the entire place felt welcoming and clean. Definitely good value for money!
We encountered a bit of an issue with shared bathrooms being less clean than expected during our stay, which could be bothersome for some guests.
